End User Licence Agreement

This agreement covers the Yahtzee game published by hard2play, including its browser version. Please read it before playing.
The short version
- You may play the game for personal, non-commercial use.
- The game and its artwork remain the property of hard2play or their respective rights holders.
- Please do not copy, sell, modify, or disrupt the game or its services.
- Nothing in this agreement takes away rights that applicable law gives you.
1. Who provides the game
“We” means hard2play, the independent developer and publisher of Yahtzee. Questions about this agreement can be sent to hello@hard2play.com.
2. Permission to play
While you follow this agreement, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to access and play Yahtzee for your own non-commercial entertainment. This permission does not transfer ownership of the game to you.
3. The game and its content
The game, its code, artwork, audio, names, and other content are owned by hard2play or used under permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, rent, sublicense, modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the game except where the law expressly allows it or we give written permission.
4. Fair use of the service
Do not use the game to break the law, interfere with other players, attack or overload its services, bypass access controls, or gain unauthorised access to accounts or systems. Online features depend on network access and may be changed or unavailable from time to time.
5. Updates and availability
We may update, change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the game to maintain or improve it. We will make reasonable efforts to keep the game available, but cannot promise uninterrupted access, particularly for online features or services operated by others.
6. Warranty and liability
The game is provided as available. To the extent the law permits, we exclude implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the game. This does not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, or mandatory consumer rights.
7. Ending this agreement
This permission ends if you materially breach this agreement. You may stop using the game at any time. Sections about ownership, liability, and any rights that by their nature continue will remain in effect.
8. Changes and applicable law
We may update this agreement when the game or applicable requirements change. The version published on this page applies from its effective date. Mandatory consumer protections in your country continue to apply.
